Built for Main Street.
Not for the tech press.
The AI tooling everyone writes case studies about is built for venture-backed software companies. Fusova is built for the restaurant down the block. The salon in a strip mall. The HVAC operator with six trucks. The dental office that still keeps paper charts in the back. We're starting with the one job that quietly costs those owners the most — the calls they miss.
The story
Why we're building this.
The big AI tools are aimed at knowledge workers — sales teams, recruiters, marketing agencies. The voice AI is sold per-minute. None of them are built for the Tuesday afternoon when an HVAC owner is in a crawl space and the phone rings — and rings out.
That unanswered call is one of the most expensive things that happens to a small business, and almost nobody is fixing it well. Most callers never leave a voicemail; they just dial the next business on the list and book with whoever answers first. By the next morning, that customer is gone, and the owner never even knew they called. It happens every day, and it quietly drains real revenue.
So we picked that one job and built it properly: Missed-Call Recovery & Triage. When a call goes unanswered, Fusova sends the caller an instant, pre-approved "we got your call" text — the one message that goes out on its own — then reads what they need and drafts the real reply for the owner's one-tap approval. That trust layer is why an owner can actually let it run: the only thing that sends automatically never quotes a price or books a job; everything that answers the customer waits for Send.
Principles we won't violate
How we build.
The only message that sends on its own is the friendly "we got your call" acknowledgment — it never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that answers your customer or commits your business waits for your one-tap approval (Send · Edit · Discard · Pause). Your pilot runs in full approval, so you see every text first; flip on the instant ack when you're ready. Text PAUSE to halt every workflow in one second. Owner authority is non-negotiable.
If we can't quote a price you can put in a budget, we don't ship the feature. No "credits." No per-call usage charges. No "we'll work out the cost later."
You shouldn't have to learn a new interface to use the tool that runs your business. A text and a one-tap approval already reach you. That's enough surface.
We'd rather do Missed-Call Recovery & Triage genuinely well than do five things halfway. The workflow ships done and tuned for the verticals we serve — not an empty flowchart canvas we call a platform.
More managed services are in development — but you never pre-pay for something that hasn't shipped. The price you see is for the service running today, full stop.
What we build after missed-call recovery is a record of what real pilots ask for most, not a list of features we hope will land. We promise nothing until a customer actually pulls it.
What we won't do
Things off the table.
Outbound cold-calling. Fusova is built for inbound and relationship-touch. Cold dialers risk your carrier reputation and your customer trust — we won't put either at stake to chase a bigger market.
Spam-grade email blasts. Same reason. We're protecting the deliverability you've spent years earning.
Answering the phone live. Fusova is text-based. It never picks up the line or holds a live voice conversation. When you miss a call, it recovers the caller by text — that's a deliberate choice, not a limitation we're working around.
An "AI agent builder" toolkit. If you wanted to wire it together yourself, you'd already be doing it. We ship one workflow done, not a build-it-yourself canvas.
Pre-selling services that haven't shipped. More managed services are in development, but you only ever pay for what's live today. No bundle to pre-pay for, no "grow into" contract.
The team
A small team building the right product, not a big team building the wrong one.
Fusova is in the early-pilot stage. We walk every install personally. We sit through the first dinner service with the restaurateur. We answer the support text directly. We are building a product, not a brand — the brand can wait for customers who use the product and say it works.
If that's the kind of vendor you want running your admin layer, we should talk.
