Privacy Policy

How Fusova handles your information — in plain English first, with the full detail below.

Effective date: June 13, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fusova LLC (“Fusova,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit fusova.com and when a business uses the Fusova Missed-Call Recovery & Triage service. Questions? Email [email protected].

The short version

  • We collect what you send us through our contact form, and a small amount of cookieless, aggregate analytics when you browse the site.
  • We use cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and self-host our fonts — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sold.
  • When a business uses Fusova, we process their callers’ messages and contact details on that business’s behalf, only to run the service.
  • You can ask us to access or delete your information any time at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact / “start a pilot” form, we collect your name, business name, business type, an indication of your call volume, your email address, your phone number (optional), and the message you write. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.

Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate, non-identifying metrics (page views, referrers, country) — it does not use cookies or build cross-site profiles. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard request logs, including IP address, for security, abuse prevention, and reliability; these are retained for a limited period. We self-host our web fonts, so loading the site does not send your IP address to third-party font providers.

Service data (for business customers and their callers). When a business signs up for Fusova, we process information needed to run the service — the business’s account and configuration details, and the content and contact details (such as phone number, name, voicemail transcript, or message text) of people who call or message that business. We handle this on behalf of the business as its service provider, to deliver Missed-Call Recovery & Triage. The business is responsible for its own privacy obligations to its customers.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and set up a pilot.
  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Fusova service.
  • To send service-related messages (for example, the pre-approved acknowledgment text and drafted replies a business approves).
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Text messages (SMS)

Fusova is an SMS-based service. Messages a business sends through Fusova go to people who have contacted that business. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Terms & Messaging Terms for details.

4. How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run Fusova, under contract and only as needed — for example, hosting and analytics (Cloudflare), text-messaging delivery (Twilio), database and authentication (Supabase), and, for paid accounts, payment processing (Stripe). Card details are handled by Stripe; Fusova never stores full card numbers.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
  • Business transfers — if Fusova is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it. You can request earlier deletion of information you’ve provided by emailing [email protected].

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including per-business data isolation and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we honor valid requests as required.

8. Children

Fusova is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
