One line item to know about. US wireless carriers charge a small monthly fee (about $15–$23/month) to send business text messages. We pass it through at cost — we don’t mark it up, and we don’t hide it. It shows up as a separate line on your bill so you see exactly what the carriers charge.
How Fusova recovers a missed call
By text — not by picking up the line.
The closest familiar thing is a live AI receptionist. Fusova works differently: instead of answering the phone, it catches the call you missed and recovers it by text. When a call goes unanswered, Fusova sends the caller one fixed, friendly “we got your call” text — the wording you approve once at setup — then triages whether it's a booking, a quote, a question, or an emergency, and drafts the real answer for your one-tap approval.
That's the whole service — one job, done well. No live voice conversation, no per-call meter. A flat monthly price and the full service at both tiers. The only message that ever sends on its own is that friendly acknowledgment — it never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that actually answers your customer or commits your business waits for your one-tap approval.
Questions worth asking
Things people ask before they sign up.
Does Fusova answer the phone?
No — Fusova is text-based. It never picks up the line or holds a live voice conversation. After a missed call it texts the caller a friendly acknowledgment, triages what they need, and drafts the real reply for you to approve.
Does Fusova text my customers without me?
Only one message ever sends on its own: a short, friendly “we got your call” acknowledgment. You approve its exact wording once at setup, and it commits nothing — no price, no booking, no promise. It just lets the caller know they were seen so they stop dialing down the list. The message that actually answers your customer — the quote, the booking, the answer to their question — is drafted in your voice and sent to you for one-tap approval (Send, Edit, Discard, or Pause). And you can change the approval mode: let even that first acknowledgment wait for you, or once you've built trust, let triaged replies send themselves.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts in Test Mode for 7 days. Fusova works on real missed calls, and in Test Mode it waits for your one-tap OK before anything ships to a customer — so you watch and approve everything before you turn on the automatic acknowledgment. You see exactly what you'd be paying for. On day 7 you flip it to live, or extend the trial another week. Nothing on your card until you say go.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Call volume and business size — nothing else. Both plans include the same full service: automated text-back, voicemail triage, one-tap owner approval, and your business hours and identity built in. The $49.95 plan is sized for smaller shops with lighter call volume; the $149.95 plan is sized for a busier phone. You're not gated out of any feature on the smaller plan.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Prefer annual billing? Just ask — we'll set it up. Tell us on the discovery call.
What’s the text-message carrier fee I keep seeing mentioned?
If you send business text messages from a US phone number, the wireless carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) charge a small monthly fee — usually around $15–$23/month per business. We pass it through at cost. It’s required, it’s industry-wide, and we don’t mark it up. It’s a line item, not a surprise.
Can I cancel?
Yes — monthly plans cancel monthly. No long contract to grow into.
What if Fusova just isn't the right fit?
We'll tell you on the discovery call. If your call volume is low enough or your needs point somewhere else, we'll say so — and tell you what we'd use instead. Saying no is part of being a vendor worth trusting.
