Terms & Messaging Terms

The agreement for using Fusova, plus how our text messaging works — including how to opt out.

Effective date: June 13, 2026.

These Terms govern your use of the Fusova website and the Fusova Missed-Call Recovery & Triage service provided by Fusova LLC (“Fusova,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

1. What Fusova does

Fusova is an SMS-based service for small businesses. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, Fusova can send the caller one friendly, pre-approved “we got your call” text, then help triage what the caller needs and draft a reply for the business owner to approve. Fusova is not a live receptionist and does not answer phone calls in real time. Except for the single pre-approved acknowledgment text, messages that answer a customer or commit the business are sent only after the business approves them (subject to the approval mode the business selects).

2. Eligibility

The service is for business use by people who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for their business. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

3. Messaging terms (SMS)

  • Consent. By giving us your mobile number, or by a person contacting a business that uses Fusova, you/they may receive text messages related to that business’s communications. A business using Fusova is responsible for having the consent it needs to message its own customers and for complying with applicable messaging laws and carrier rules.
  • Message frequency varies depending on call and reply activity.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans and billing

Fusova offers monthly subscription plans — currently $49.95/month and $149.95/month — covering the Missed-Call Recovery & Triage service as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Pricing and plan details may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fusova to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to violate others’ rights, or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content of messages your business approves and sends.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Fusova running reliably, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and message delivery depends on third parties such as carriers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusova disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and Fusova’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Fusova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the service or comply with law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
