Your phone rings while you're elbow-deep in the dinner rush, knee-deep in a crawl space, or one room over with a client — and you can't get to it. The call rings out or hits voicemail. That missed call is the trigger. Fusova never picks up the line; it watches for the call you couldn't take and starts working the moment you don't answer.

2The instant acknowledgment — one fixed text, in seconds
Instead of the call dying in silence, Fusova texts the caller right back from your business's text number with one fixed, friendly acknowledgment — something like "Hi, thanks for calling [Business] — sorry we missed you! What can we help with? Text us here and we'll be right back with you." You approve this exact wording one time at setup, and it's identical on every missed call. It commits nothing — no price, no booking, no promise. It's the only message Fusova ever sends on its own, and it's what stops the caller from dialing the next business on the Google list.

3The triage — Fusova reads what they need
When the caller texts back — or if they left a voicemail, Fusova transcribes it in-house — Fusova reads what they actually said and works out the intent: is this a booking, a quote, a general question, or an emergency? It doesn't run its own back-and-forth or fire off follow-up questions on its own; it reads, classifies, and hands you a job that's already understood. A real emergency surfaces to you first, ahead of everything else.

4The draft — the real answer, written for you, not sent for you
Now Fusova drafts the substantive reply — the answer, the next step, the booking details, the quote — in your voice, using your hours, services, and rough prices. It never improvises a promise you didn't make: you can list words and commitments Fusova is forbidden to use. Any message that actually answers your customer (even a follow-up question) is drafted here and waits for you — nothing substantive has gone out yet.

5Your one-tap approval — then the customer gets a text
The only message that ever sends on its own is the friendly "we got your call" — it never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that actually answers your customer or commits your business waits for your one-tap approval. The draft comes to you on a signed link — no login, no dashboard — with Send, Edit, Discard, or Pause. Once you tap Send, the customer gets the text. Reply PAUSE to halt a thread in a second, or MINE to take a single conversation over yourself. You choose the approval mode per business: Instant ack + approve answers (the default above), Full approval (even the first acknowledgment waits for you), or Full auto (the triaged reply sends itself once you've built the trust).
